Choose the fragrance, gift set, or beauty product you want and add it to your basket. At checkout, look for the promotional or discount-code box, enter the code exactly as shown, and apply it before paying. Check that the discount appears in the order summary. Some offers apply only to selected brands, minimum spends, or full-price items, so read the coupon terms first.

Coupon codes listed for The Fragrance Shop should always be checked against the offer details and tested at checkout before completing your purchase. Genuine promotions normally show a clear expiry date, eligible products, and any required minimum spend. Codes may stop working after the stated date, once a limited allocation has been used, or when the retailer withdraws an offer, so avoid relying on an old code.

A code may fail because it has expired, was entered incorrectly, or applies only to certain products, brands, or delivery options. It may also be unavailable with another promotion, loyalty reward, or clearance item. Remove spaces, check capitalisation where relevant, and review the exclusions carefully. If the code still fails, confirm that the basket meets the minimum spend and contact customer support before placing the order.

The Fragrance Shop generally presents several payment methods during checkout, which may include major debit and credit cards and selected digital or buy-now-pay-later services, depending on location and order value. Delivery choices and charges can vary by destination, basket total, and promotional period. Before paying, review the final checkout page for the available methods, estimated delivery date, shipping fee, and any free-delivery threshold.

Returns are normally subject to The Fragrance Shop’s current returns policy, including time limits and product-condition requirements. Fragrances, cosmetics, and toiletries may need to remain unopened and sealed for hygiene reasons, while damaged or incorrect items should be reported promptly. If a discounted order is returned, the refund usually reflects the amount actually paid, and returning part of a qualifying order may affect the original promotion or free-delivery benefit.
